By accessing or using CheckMyAI at checkmyai.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CheckMyAI provides AI Visibility Audit reports that analyze how your business appears across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Claude). The Service queries AI systems with industry-relevant prompts and compiles the results into a scored report with recommendations.

• All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• You will receive an email with a link to access your audit results after payment is confirmed.

We offer a full refund if our system fails to deliver your audit report due to a technical error on our end. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@checkmyai.app.

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with AI response content, as AI platforms generate responses independently and may vary over time.

AI Visibility Audit results reflect AI platform responses at the time of the audit. AI systems change frequently, and results may differ if the same queries are run at a later time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or permanence of AI-generated content.

The audit report is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional marketing, legal, or business advice.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information in the audit form.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service.
• Not share your unique audit access link publicly.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of CheckMyAI. Audit reports are provided for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display reports without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckMyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific audit in question.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend or discontinue the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
