Terms of Use

Effective date: 4 October 2026.

These are the terms on which www.checkmyai.app works: what the free check gives you, what the full report includes, how to order and pay for it, and when we give your money back.

Who we are

The CheckMyAI service is provided, and the full report is sold, by FOP Hlamazdina Olena Anatoliivna (ФОП Гламаздіна Олена Анатоліївна), a sole proprietor in Ukraine, who also issues the invoices and receives the payments. Below, "we". The proprietor's registration details are on the invoice, and we send them by email on request.

The CheckMyAI founder runs the service on her behalf: he answers requests and messages and prepares the reports.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Notice.

The service is meant for business owners and staff. If the law treats you as a consumer, you keep every right the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" gives you. These terms do not limit them.

What the service does

You enter the business name, what it does, the city (or "all of Ukraine") and, if you like, your speciality, the district and the website. We ask AI assistants questions the way a customer would: ChatGPT by OpenAI with web search and Gemini by Google with Google Search. Then we show:

  • whether your business was named and where in the list;
  • who was named instead of you;
  • which sites the assistants referred to;
  • what AI knows about you: address, opening hours, phone number, rating;
  • what your website's home page lacks compared with competitors;
  • what to fix first.

We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic or Microsoft and do not represent them. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other names are trademarks of their owners. We ask through the official access to the models (API), not through the apps.

The free check

  • No sign-up and no payment.
  • The total number of free checks is limited. The page shows how many are left. Once they run out, there may be no more.
  • One IP address (network) can run a few checks a day, currently up to 3.
  • If the same business with the same details was already checked within 7 days, you see the existing result and no new check runs.
  • A check that failed and cost nothing does not count.
  • The result opens at a link. You can share it, but anyone who has the link will see the result.
  • We may change, limit or stop the free checks at any time without notice.

The full report

This section is a public offer within the meaning of Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. You accept it by paying the invoice.

What is included

  • 24 customer questions to ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude by Anthropic, each asked three times to rule out chance: 216 answers in total;
  • questions about your business itself and the AI's mistakes in the facts about it;
  • a comparison of your website's home page with your competitors' sites, if you have a website;
  • an explanation of why AI picks your competitors;
  • every fix we found, with steps, and with ready-to-use text where it helps.

The report is a PDF file in Ukrainian. It is one report for one payment, with no subscription.

Price

The full report costs ₴990 (Ukrainian hryvnias). This is the launch price for the first 20 reports; after that the price goes up. The price shown on the site at the time of your request applies, and it does not change once we have sent the invoice. The amount on the invoice is the full amount you pay.

How to order and pay

  1. 1You leave a contact in the "I want the full report" form under a free check result, or write to us on Telegram at @checkmyai_bot.
  2. 2We write to you, confirm the business details and, once we have agreed, send an invoice with the proprietor's bank details.
  3. 3You pay the invoice by bank transfer to those details. There is no payment on the site itself yet.
  4. 4Payment is made when the money reaches the proprietor's account. From that moment the contract is concluded on these terms, and we start work.

Until you pay the invoice, your request does not commit you to anything.

Delivery time and format

We send the report as a PDF within 3 working days after payment, to the contact we agreed on: Telegram or email. If we cannot make it in time, we will tell you and name a new date. If the new date does not suit you, we refund the full amount.

Money back

If the full report contains no new fix, we give your money back. A new fix means advice that was not in the free check of this business.

To get your money back, write to us within 14 days of receiving the report. We refund the full amount within 7 days of your claim, to the account you paid from.

If we cannot prepare the report on our side, we also refund the full amount.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the law and does not limit them.

What you must not do

  • Run checks or requests automatically: with scripts, bots or in bulk.
  • Get around the limits, for example by changing your IP address to get more checks.
  • Check a business in order to harm it or people: for harassment, pressure or unfair competition.
  • Enter a private person's name instead of a business, or other people's personal data.
  • Enter text that tries to make the AI do anything other than answer a customer's question.
  • Leave someone else's contact in a request.
  • Attack the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or overload it.
  • Present a result or a report as the position of OpenAI, Google or Anthropic, or as our assessment of a business's quality.

You may check any business, including competitors: we work with public information. By entering details, you confirm you have the right to use them. You are responsible for how you use the result.

If you break these rules, we may block your access and delete your checks.

About AI accuracy

  • AI answers change from one question to the next. The free check makes one run. The full report asks each question three times, but it too shows the picture as of the date of the check.
  • Your own ChatGPT may answer differently because it knows you. We ask the way a new customer would.
  • AI can get facts wrong, mix up businesses and refer to outdated pages. We show what the AI answered; we do not verify every fact.
  • The competitors are named by the AI, not by us. This is not our recommendation or assessment.
  • The result is an indication, not a guarantee. We do not promise that after the fixes AI will start recommending you or that you will move up the list. That depends on OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and hundreds of websites we do not control.
  • The website check looks only at the home page and a few signals. It is not a full website audit.

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it is always available or free of errors.

Liability

  • For the free check, we are not liable for losses to the extent the law allows.
  • For the full report, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  • We are not liable for lost profit, lost customers or decisions you made based on AI answers.
  • These limits do not apply to harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited, including consumer rights.

Rights to the report and texts

  • The report, its structure, texts and advice belong to us.
  • Once you have paid for the report, you may use it for your business without a time limit: show it to your staff and contractors (for example, your web developer) and freely copy the ready-to-use texts into profiles, your website and letters.
  • You may not resell the report, publish it in full or pass it off as your own product.
  • You may share a free check result by its link.
  • We quote AI answers as they are. Rights to the material on sites the assistants refer to belong to their owners.

Changes and ending the service

We may change the service and these terms. A new version applies from the date at the top. For a paid report, the terms in force on the date of payment apply.

We may stop running the service. If a paid report is not ready at that point, we refund the full amount.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and the contract for the full report are governed by the law of Ukraine, including the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Laws of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and "On Electronic Commerce". Disputes that cannot be settled by correspondence are decided by a court in Ukraine under the rules of jurisdiction set by law.

These terms are written in Ukrainian; this is a translation. If the two differ, the Ukrainian text prevails.
